Refund & Replacement Policy
1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee We offer a 7-day replacement policy for defective items. If your earbuds arrive damaged, not working, or if you receive the wrong product, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all accessories.

You typically need to provide a video/photo proof of the defect.
2. How to Start a Return To start a return/replacement, contact us at contact@zyvraon.store. If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how to send the package back to us.
3. Refunds (if applicable) In case a replacement is not possible (e.g., out of stock), we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspecting the return.
4. Order Cancellation You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
