  • Put both earbuds back inside the charging case.

  • Keep the lid open.

  • Press and hold the button on the case (or the touch sensor on both buds) for 10 seconds until the light flashes reset.

  • Close the lid, wait for 5 seconds, and take them out. They should now pair with each other automatically.

2. "Ghost Charging" Issues
